Cancellations and Returns


All orders except ‘Local Pickup’ orders may be cancelled any time before they are dispatched. For orders after dispatch, please wait until delivery and then go through our return process. For ‘Local Pickup’ orders, please get in touch with us here.


We accept requests for returns within 7 days of the product delivery date. Please keep your bill/ invoice/ proof of delivery available as reference to return a product.

An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window under one or more of the following conditions:

•  Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
•  Has missing parts or accessories
•  Is different from what was ordered
•  Is delivered in a quantity that exceeds what was ordered

If you are returning a product, please keep in mind the following points to satisfy conditions for refund:

•  Refund will be processed only upon receipt of returned product by RuMi Craft LLP.
•  All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact and the packaging as delivered to you.
•  Please note that we will not accept any returns which are sent to us in damaged condition or show signs of wear and tear. Returns cannot be claimed upon items damaged due to rough handling on part of the customer.
•  Please note that the products have been made using natural dyes that are susceptible to bleeding when washed. This is the nature of the material and we will not issue refunds against the same. However, in case of severe damage, we may accept returns but the discretion regarding the same lies with RuMi Craft LLP.

We apologize for the inconvenience you have faced with your product and shall try to resolve your return process and issue a refund at the earliest. Please note that after the refund has been processed by the company, it may take time to reflect in the payee’s account, subject to clearing and processing by the payee’s bank.
