Please keep the following in mind for your shipments:
- We work with premier courier companies and strive to deliver goods on time.
- We will send an email confirming the shipment of the order placed, as soon as the tracking number is marked active by the courier company. These alert emails will contain the tracking link for your order. You can also track your order through the ‘Orders’ tab in your account on our website. We provide tracking information through Aftership (www.aftership.com) and any issues with the same should be taken up directly with them (you can visit https://www.aftership.com/contact-us for support).
- Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites and there may be a lag in your courier tracking status on the Aftership interface as well.
- We currently ship only across India.
- The shipping charges will vary according to the zip code of the customer. In case of very large orders or heavy products, the shipping charges may depend upon the product weight as well.
- Depending upon the shipping address of the customer, shipments may take anywhere between 2 to 10 business days to be delivered. While we strive to get your shipments to you at the earliest, we cannot take any guarantee of the same as this depends largely upon the courier company and the shipping address.
- Deliveries may or may not be made on Saturdays and Sundays, depending upon the courier company we are sending your product through. We do not take any responsibility if the courier service provider refuses to deliver products over a weekend. In case a company delivers products over a weekend and charges extra for the same, the charges will be borne by the customer and not by RuMi Craft LLP or Mrittika.
- COD charges may be extra
- If a courier company refuses to deliver at a particular location due to any reason whatsoever, we will notify the customer of the same and coordinate with the customer to arrange an alternate shipping address. RuMi Craft LLP/ Mrittika will not be liable for any losses borne by the customer due to this issue.
In case of delays:
- The time to ship the product(s) mentioned on our website is indicative and is based on data provided by our partner courier companies. We always endeavour to deliver products within the mentioned time frame but sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
- If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because of an unexpected delay with an order, we will notify you by e-mail.
- Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. For multiple products, we may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may refund you for the unfulfilled part of an order.
